ROYAL ICING 
I currently use The Cookie Curator’s Royal Icing Recipe here with Genie’s Dream meringue powder here for my classes. I like to use this because it dries quickly. If I were making icing at home, I would use the recipe on the back of Genie's Dream.

You can get Watkins extracts here and LorAnn emulsions here, even vanilla bean paste! Yum!

I highly recommend weighing your sugar and flour with a food scale.
